Cultural Association ExpoArt , that promote and enhance every kind
of ART form , is organizing the Second Contest of Art
“COLORI IN EMERSIONE” 2009
2010 Edition.

ART. 1) Partecipation Requirements

The Contest participation is free for everyone and its admission free allows the entrant to choose the theme and the subject of his Art form . The most par of the (painting in challenge) is 100 cm X 100 cm and the minimum size accepted in the contest is 40 cm X 50 cm , every kind of technique and art form is accepted in the contest : for exemple : oil , acrylic , mixed , drawing , watercolour , incision\cutting , serigraphy , litography , etc.

ART. 2 ) Participation's way

To participate at this contest you can send two works (at last) . All these materials,after specified,you can send it through postal service using the (A/R) system posted into a single package that contains:
1)Admission card : compiled and filled in every single part ; you can find it into these websites : www.expoartcc.ning.com
www.coloriinemersione.tk otherwise visiting directly the ExpoArt Culture Association in Gemito street N°8 in AVERSA (CE) c.a.p. 81031 .
2)Photocopy of payment receipt for contest admission.
3)Copies of the painting's photos in the format 13x18 cm in print high quality colour . Every photo must have on the back-side :
-Full name of the Artist creator,
-the measure in cm , and the date of Art creations .
As an alternative to these 3 requirements, you can : send all the shown above required in digital document in “ .jpg ” format\extension by mail to: “expoart@email.it”
4)To take part in this contest you have to pay 20 Euros to this account : PostePay N° 4023 6005 7203 8620 payable to Carlo Capone .
ART. 3) Admission Terms
Every request of admission at the Second Contest of Art “COLORI IN EMERSIONE” 2009\2010 edition , with all required document (ART.2) ,
can start sending from April 15, 2010 to the ExpoArt Culture Association at 8,Gemito street in AVERSA (CE) c.a.p. 81031 otherwise to this e-mail address “expoart@email.it” where the entrant have to specify in “object of the mail “ the interest for Second Contest of Art 2009\10 edition .
ART.4) If the subscriptions will not reach the limit number of 100 entrants, this competition will be postponed and the date will be determined at a later time; naturally every candidate will be informed by e-mail sent from http://expoartcc.ning.com or www.coloriinemersione.tk ..
ART.5) Type of selections and award
All materials sent to this contest will be subject at judgement and estimation of Selection Committee composed of :
1. Ing. Carlo Roberto Sciascia (Art critic);
2. Carlo Capone President (Ass.ExpoArt);
3. Angelo Ranieri (Art Director ExpoArt);
4. Geom. Mario Francese (journalist);
5. Maestro Luigi Pedata (Associate ExpoArt).
From May 30 , 2010 Committee after make a selection of all received materials will be able to proclaim the( “Response of the first 20 classified paint”) and it will be UNQUESTIONABLE in this Competition .
The 20 Artists selected from the Committee will be called directly from organizers staff and will be asked to everyone to send directly the painted awarded to ExpoArt headquaters in via gemito nr. 8 cap. 81031 in Aversa (CE) from May 30 , 2010.
All the (cartage) and insurance on the posting have to be paid by the entrant of the Competition.
AWARD.
1° Classified 500,00 €uro;
2° Classified 300,00 €uro;
3° Classified 200,00 €uro.
To the awarded Artists will be assigned for a year a personal space on the Portal
“Portale degli Artisti” http://www.ilportaledegliartisti.it

PUBBLISHING ART MAGAZINE
Each one of the 20 Artists awarded on the Art Magazine on the basis of Competition's classification will be mentioned with the photo of the painting awarded , whereas the other Artists will be only mentioned .


THE FIRST 20 CLASSFIED PAINT
The first 20 classified Artists will show their works in the Prestigious “ Reggia di Caserta” into the Hall of Pro Loco Representation from 18 to 27 June, 2010 into a collective art exhibition; During those days it will be the Award Celebration of the (First tree winners) of the competition.

ART.6) Every photo of the competition's paintings joined with Name of the Artist that make it, will be showed on the website : www.coloriinemersione.tk

N.B.
All the award released in this competition keep the legitimate propriety of the painting of the Artist creator .
The subscription payment that each artist devolve for this competition is needed for expensive management in this Contest of Art.
The Organizers Staff reserve the right modify of the Competition in every moment through sending mails with all modifies inside to the enters .
